Yesterday was Zachariah's 2 month check up. He now weighs 9lbs 8oz, is 22 1/4 inches long and his head is 15 inches in circumference. He's growing well per the doctor. He has a slight flat spot on the right side of his head, but nothing too serious yet. She gave us some lactose-free formula to try and we gave it to him all yesterday. He didn't spit up as much, but it made it extremely hard for him to pass gas. I gave him the stuff we were using before (Similac Advance) this morning and he hasn't had any problems so far. He definitely has a social smile and recognizes Jerry and I over everyone else. He is cooing to whomever will listen.
Connor:
Sunday was Connor's 7th birthday. We didn't do anything big, just Connor's fave foods for lunch, cake and ice cream with a couple of his friends that live on the same street. Presents were a hit -- though Connor has hit the age where peer pressure and wanting to impress people has become priority at times. He recieved Lego Castle set (the tower and catapult), a Where's Waldo book, the Declaration of Independence, VeggieTales Pirates Boat Load of Fun cd (from my mom), a personalized "sippy" cup and a stuff Squidworth (Spongebob) from Madison.
